Philippians 4:6-7 says," Be anxious for nothing but in prayer and suplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus".
The author Max Lucado once said that worry can be broken into categories –
40% never happen
30% are unchangeable deeds of the past
12% focus on the opinions of others that cannot be controlled
10% centre on personal health which worsens with worry
8% concern real problems that we can influence
We can conclude that 92% of the things that we worry about are out of our control. Be quick to pray. Focus less on the problems ahead and more on the victories behind. Lord, today give us a new perspective on the things that trouble us.

Gareth and i dont worry it changes nothing because God has a plan for all of us and if he doesnt give you the answer you were looking for its because hes giving you something better. Through psalm 23 we draw comfort from all those promises when were having a sleepless night of pain. Praise his name we say WORRY BAD, PRAYER GOOD. Give him your worries and spend more time in his presence, i promise you it works. Thankyou Jesus Jem and Gareth x
These are some of my favourite verses. They really speak so much to me......How to get peace in a hectic and stressed world..... The more I pray the less I will worry, and the more peaceful I will be. Tuning into God and eternity rather than focusing on temporal things.
Its great to know that God is interested to hear all my anxieties and even asks me to tell them to Him. To hand them over to Him, leave them with Him. And to be thankful........
Yeah. The peace that comes from knowing that my worries are in the hands of God is fab.
Thank you Lord Jesus for your love.
