"… let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith…" (taken from Hebrews 12:1–2)
Here are some principles for running the race of faith -
Prepare – understand that it’s not a quick sprint so prepare for the long haul
Focus – just as Christ maintained His focus on the joy set before Him, so must we
Endurance - tap into His power within you so that you can endure
Finish – remember, it’s not how you start but it’s how you finish that counts – win the prize
